About Us
I trained as a chef in Scotland and went on to work for an outstanding chef and baker by the name of Diana Russell, with whom I worked with for thirteen years.
I have been living and working in South Africa for eight years, running in partnership with my husband, our own catering company and cake decoration business.
Whilst I believe the Bride and Groom’s ideas of what they wish their wedding cake to reflect of their personalities and their ‘theme’, are the most important aspect of arranging the cake, I also strive to offer my advice and expertise to help put their visions into reality.
